Term "Catholic" in the Bible

Acts 9:31 (Greek Bible), “ai men oun ekklēsiai kath olēs tēs ioudaias kai galilaias kai samareias eichon eirēnēn oikodomoumenai kai poreuomenai tō phobō tou kuriou kai tē paraklēsei tou agiou pneumatos eplēthunonto” EKKLESIA KATH’OLES.

This not the way it is translated, or used as we do now but it implies a usage of the term.

What is Catholic Data

It may strike you as strange but this blog isn't mainly about religion. It is to show the eclectic nature of a Catholic world view--we seek truth no matter the source. I will be posting interesting stuff that I feel is important to Catholics in the modern world to be good citizens, other Christians, or just people of good-will in general, will find helpful information here; well I hope you enjoy it.

My main purpose is to show information and some fun, that can help us to make better decisions and be better informed. Let us make a better world for everyone, so the "birds of the air can find rest"
