Health Benefits of Xylitol-- substitute for sugar

Xylitol is a natural sweetener and sugar substitute that is extracted from plants such as fruits, berries, vegetables and oats. It originated in Finland where it was extracted from birch trees and is still widely used in Finland today.

Xylitol is not a chemical sweetener so is far healthier to use than a lot of other sugar alternatives.

It has a very sweet sugar taste and looks the same as white sugar, it can be used in recipes  the same  amount as  sugar that the recipe calls for.

Here are 6 Facts about Xylitol

1. Xylitol is very sweet in taste but is absorbed more slowly making is a low glycemic food. Xylitol has a glycemic index of 7 whereas sugar has a massive glycemic index of 100. This means that xylitol is metabolised slowly and does not cause a glucose levels to rise rapidly (unlike sugar). Therefore xylitol can help in the prevention of diabetes.

2. Researchers in Finland found that xylitol can actually help prevent weakening of the bones and improve bone density. It has potential in treating Osteoporosis.

Experiment with new solar tech

If you have some extra cash and you want to experiment with solar, I'd suggest you try this. In the long run it will be cheaper than conventional solar.

These  Tesla Solar Tracker III's are specifically designed for offline solar power systems. They are fully integrated solar charge controllers.

Most charge controller and solar panel systems cannot even start charging the battery banks until there is direct bright sunlight on the solar panels.

It is common for these Tesla Solar Tracker III's to start charging as soon as the sun comes up until the sun sets. Marginal light is the minimum requirement - so you can have battery charging all day long even under cloudy skies!

This does not have to do with the solar panel, it has to do with the interaction between what the solar panel sees in relation to what the charge controller does with it.

No other solar charge controller in the industry can compete with this game-changing technology built by John Bedini, the world's indisputable master of battery charging technology.

Many solar system have to have their battery banks changed every 5-7 years because the conventional charge controllers do such an incredibly poor job at even getting the battery voltages up to where they like to be.

Therefore, there is normally sulfation layer upon sulfation layer, which never quite gets removed with conventional charge controllers.

The Tesla Solar Tracker III will deeply rejuvenate the battery bank when charging fully removing the sulfation layers and getting the batteries to a higher voltage, which keeps them in good shape.

What does this mean?

It means you will not have to change your battery banks as often, if ever, and this makes your ROI for your solar system simply make sense.

Organic Farming Soil hope for the future

Biochar or Terra Preta, is a name for charcoal when it is used for particular purposes. Like all charcoal, biochar is created by pyrolysis of biomass. Biochar can increase soil fertility, raise agricultural productivity and reduce pressure on forests, though the degree to which results offer long term carbon sequestration in practice has been challenged. Biochar is a stable solid, rich in carbon and can endure in soil for thousands of years.

The cancer cure that worked?

Royal Raymond Rife

Party for Rife:"The End of All Disease" doctors from all over the USA,
Imagine, for a moment, that you have spent more than two decades in painfully laborious research-- that you have discovered an incredibly simple, electronic approach to curing literally every disease on the planet caused by viruses and bacteria . Indeed, it is a discovery that would end the pain and suffering of countless millions and change life on Earth forever. Certainly, the medical world would rush to embrace you with every imaginable accolade and financial reward imaginable. You would think so, wouldn't you?

Unfortunately, arguably the greatest medical genius in all recorded history suffered a fate literally the opposite of the foregoing logical scenario. In fact, the history of medicine is replete with stories of genius betrayed by backward thought and jealously, but most pathetically, by greed and money.

In the nineteenth century, Semmelweiss struggled mightily to convince surgeons that it was a good idea to sterilize their instruments and use sterile surgical procedures. Pasteur was ridiculed for years for his theory that germs could cause disease.

Scores of other medical visionaries went through hell for simply challenging the medical status quo of day, including such legends as Roentgen and his X-rays, Morton for promoting the 'absurd' idea of anaesthesia, Harvey for his theory of the circulation of blood, and many others in recent decades including: W.F. Koch, Revici, Burzynski, Naessens, Priore, Livingston-Wheeler, and Hoxsey.

Orthodox big-money medicine resents and seeks to neutralize and/or destroy those who challenge its beliefs. Often, the visionary who challenges it pays a heavy price for his 'heresy.'

Our Friend the Atom

While we are not so positive about the hope of atomic energy today, this film shows some good science to help explain how the atom was discovered and works.

As I have posted here in another post (click here) LFTR technology using Thorium instead of Uranium could be one step closer to a better alternative to current more dangerous forms of nuclear power, such as the (LWR) Light Water Reactor. LFTR is much safer than than LWR technology and will use 80%-90% of the energy found in Thorium with very little waste. While LWRs use only .05%- .07% with a lot of waste. (That is not a typo LWR use less than 1% of the energy of Uranium!)
